Samsung Z is the first phone to run the company’s home grown Tizen OS. If you are looking for a fresh UI, Tizen on Samsung Z might just be what you are looking for. It is not just an average Tizen phone, it comes with comparable specs to Android flagships from Samsung.
The Tizen Phone
Samsung Z runs on the version 2.2.1 of the Tizen OS with an awesome 2.3 GHz 64-bit quad-core processor and Adreno 330 GPU. It also comes with a generous 2 GB of RAM, which will probably make things run smoothly. You also get 16GB built-in storage, which you can extend further by up to 64GB.
Samsung Z has a 4.8 inch AMOLED display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. It sports an 8 megapixels camera on the back and a 2.1 megapixels camera on the front
It features a faux stitched-leather backing, just like the Galaxy Note 3.
