Design and Display
Samsung gives this device the same premium design found on the Galaxy S6 and its Edge variant. The Galaxy S6 Edge+ has a glass body framed by metal. It is about 5 millimetres wider and 12 millimetres longer than the Galaxy S6 Edge, while showing off an ultra-thin profile at a thickness of just 6.9 millimetres.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ sports a massive 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a spectacular Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels for a very high pixel density of 518 ppi. It is the same curved screen seen on the Galaxy S6 Edge, just larger in this case.
Camera and Storage
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ retains a 16-megapixel rear camera. The shooter, which is among the best offerings on the market, boasts 4K video recording capability. An interesting thing is that the device, like the Note 5, allows you live stream up to Full HD (1080p) videos from the camera.
You also get a 5-megapixel camera on the front to enable you take some awesome selfies. The phablet comes in 32GB and 64GB storage versions. Sadly, you will not be able to expand the storage memory beyond what is provided out of the box.
Power and Performance
The same Samsung Exynos octa-core processor that powers the Galaxy S6 is also used for the Galaxy S6 Edge+, which means users are in for solid performance. However, this 2.1GHz processor is paired with 4 GB of RAM, as is the case with the latest Galaxy Note 5.
