On the one year anniversary of Nokia’s popular Asha range, the company added two new devices to the range. One was the Nokia Asha 205, a low cost phone with QWERTY keyboard and a dedicated Facebook button. Nokia Asha 205 features a 2.4-inch QVGA display and is packed with interesting maps and sharing features that might just make the phone the best value feature phone.
Nokia Asha 205 comes with a few innovations. First, it has a dedicated Facebook key giving users one click access to the world’s most popular social networking website. It features Nokia Nearby, an app that enables you easily find important locations nearby like restaurants, ATMs, etc and makes it easy for you to share interesting places with your friends on social networking sites.
That’s not all Nokia Asha 205 also features Nokia Slam, an NFC-like feature that enables users share multimedia contents like photos, music, and videos via Bluetooth without pairing just by bringing two Nokia Slam enabled phones together. Nokia Asha 205 also has a dual-SIM variant.
