Design and Display

The HP Pro x2 612 G1 is designed to be highly mobile while offering you the benefit of two devices in one. The weight of the tablet alone starts at less than 1 kg and less than 2 kg with either a power keyboard or travel keyboard.

The power keyboard comes with built-in battery that extends the battery life of your laptop.

HP Pro x2 612 G1, whose tablet portion is just 12.8mm thick, packs a 12.5-inch diagonal display that could easily pass it off as a regular, small-sized laptop when paired with a keyboard. The LED-backlit screen has HD (1366 x 768 pixels) or Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution.

It is protected by strong Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

Driven by 4th-Generation Intel Core processors, the HP Pro x2 612 G1 2-in-1 is engineered to handle tasks at a very brisk pace. Buyers will be able to choose from units with Intel Core i3 or i5 processors as well as those with Intel Pentium or Celeron chips, with speed ranging from 1.1 GHz to 2.3 GHz through Intel Turbo Boost Technology.

Select models of the HP Pro x2 612 G1 tablet offer vPro technology. Standard RAM size on HP Pro x2 612 G1 is 4 GB and up to 8 GB is supported. Integrated Intel HD Graphics processor takes care of graphics.

Other Features

Select models of HP Pro x2 612 G1 will come with a Wacom Pen boasting impressive pressure sensitivity and smart palm rejection technology.

Available ports and interfaces include three USB 3.0 ports (one on tablet and two on power keyboard), one docking connector, one DisplayPort 1.2, one RJ-45 network connector and one VGA ports. There are also one multi-format card reader, one microSD slot and on micro-SIM slot.

HP Pro x2 612 G1 features a 5 megapixels rear camera and 2 megapixels front-facing snapper – both with Full HD capability. HP Pro X2 612 G1 detachable laptops are not yet available in Nigeria. HP Pro X2 612 G1 price in Nigeria is expected to start at around N160,000 with the travel keyboard or around 200,000 Naira with the power keyboard, depending on your location and the configuration of the laptop.
