Design
The Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) comes with a refined design made of a plastic body like its predecessors. However, it has more rounded corners and thick bezels around the screen which gives it a cleaner, neater look.
It measures a dimension of 202 mm x 137 mm x 9.7 mm, so, it is shorter and wider than the 2018 edition and weighs 355g, hence, it is perfectly portable.
Amazon Fire HD 8 (10th Generation) has a 2-megapixel 720p HD camera at the top bezel for photography and video calling.
On the right side of the tablet, there is a USB-C charging port, headphones socket, power, and volume buttons. The MicroSD card slot is in the bottom right corner.
