Design and Display
The Nokia C01 Plus comes with a nice body design. The handset is wrapped with a plastic panel housing the camera, an LED flash, and a Nokia logo. The body measures 148 x 71.8 x 9.3 mm and weighs 175 grams. The device is available in blue or purple plastic with a textured finish for a better grip and a splashproof design.
On the front, it does not come with any notch or punch hole. Instead, the screen offers a display size of 5.45-inch HD+ (1440 x 720) with come thick bezels at the bottom and top of the screen. The phone packs an 18:9 ratio, 295 PPI density, and 72.1% screen-to-body ratio.
Cameras
As for the camera setup, the Nokia C01 Plus has a dual-camera configuration. The top bezel is home to a 5MP front camera and an LED flash. There is also some difference here between this arrangement and that of the Nokia C1 Plus.
On the Nokia C1 Plus, the LED flash and camera are on opposite sides of the earpiece, while HMD put them on the same side this time around on this phone. The rear camera is still 5 MP with an LED flash.
Hardware and Software
On the hardware, the smartphone comes with a UNISOC SC9863a chipset under the hood based on a 28nm process node with an octa-core processor clocking at a speed of 4×1.6 GHz.
It has a Mali-G52 MC2 graphics card and runs on Android 11 OS based on Go Edition. The inbuilt memory is 1GB of RAM and 16GB of storage that can be expanded via a MicroSD card slot up to 128GB.
Battery and Network
Keeping the Nokia C01 Plus on is a removable battery of 3000mAh and it charges at 5W via a MicroUSB port. Other features on the handset include dual nano-SIM slots, an audio jack, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi, and support for LTE.
