Although 10-inch tablets are losing market share to smaller 7-inch tablets, their larger screens make them great for consuming content like watching movies or even browsing the web. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 features a 1.6 GHz dual-core Intel Atom processor (CloverTrail+), making it the first Samsung tablet and the only member of the third generation Galaxy Tab to feature an Intel processor. It also offers Android 4.2, 1GB RAM and a separate GPU.
The tablet features a 10.1-inch touch display and the resolution remains unchanged at the same 1280 x 800 pixels resolution of the 2nd generation tablet. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1’s camera is also unchanged. It is still a 3.15 megapixels rear camera with 720p HD video. However, the front facing camera has improved to 1.3MP from VGA (~0.5MP).
