LG L Prime Specs & Price

AliExpress Summer Sale 2022

The “Prime” name for high-end smartphones was tossed around earlier in 2014, but no high-end phone was ever released bearing the “Prime” label. For some reason, LG decided to save the Prime label for more inexpensive smartphones that would attract budget-friendly consumers. LG L Prime stands in the lower-entry budget segment.

Hardware & Software

The inexpensive smartphone features a 5-inch IPS with a 480 x 854 resolution (pixel density: 196 pixels per inch). Under the hood, the LG L Prime features a 1.3GHz, quad-core processor and runs on Google’s Android 4.4.2 (KitKat).

The 8GB of internal memory storage may not prove sufficient for most users, but LG L Prime provides a microSD card slot for an additional 32GB of storage expansion if needed.

A 1.3 megapixels front camera, 8 megapixels rear camera with 720p HD video recording, and a 2,460mAh battery round out the noticeable features of the device. The 8 megapixels back camera is stellar for a low-end device such as the LG L Prime (keep in mind that the LG G3, the company’s high-end 2014 device, has a 13MP camera).
