Where to Buy Innjoo Devices

The first thing you must know is that Innjoo devices are sold exclusively at Jumia Nigeria and only Innjoo devices bought from Jumia are covered by Innjoo’s 12 months warranty. So, if you buy your Innjoo phone or tablet outside Jumia, you are on your own.
If you have an issue with your Innjoo 2 or any other Innjoo device, there are two ways to get remedy. The first is online and the other is offline. We will provide steps for accessing any of the two options here.
Online service is best if you live outside locations with Innjoo service centres, while you may prefer the offline service if you live within an Innjoo service centre.
Innjoo currently have service centres in Lagos, Port Harcourt, Abuja, Enugu.
The Online service and repair process involves contacting Jumia via a special Innjoo service number informing them about your issue, Jumia will then send someone to pickup the phone and when the issue is resolved the phone will be returned to you. Here are the steps:
- Call Jumia on 0711011011 or 0700000990
- Provide the order number of the device, name, or phone number to enable Jumia trace your purchase
- Backup the data and files on the device in case any data or file is lost during repair
- Remove your SIM and SD card
- Jumia will dispatch the courier to fetch the product and deliver to you once swapped or repaired
This process completes within 14 days.
On the other-hand the offline service and repair process involves taking your Innjoo Two or any other Innjoo device to Innjoo Home, to a Jumia warehouse, or to an Innjoo Service Centre nearest to you. Here are the steps
- Visit Innjoo Home, or Innjoo Service Centres (currently in Lagos, Abuja, Enugu, Port Harcourt), or Jumia warehouse with the device and purchase invoice
- An Innjoo Technician will make an initial examination of the defective Innjoo device
- You will recieve a service report during repair
- You will get your repaired device same day or within 72 hours
