Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3 (5.5) is surprisingly slightly thinner than its smaller brother at 7.4mm. It comes with 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage memory and support for 4G LTE. Internal storage is expandable up to 128GB with a microSD.
Alcatel OneTouch Idol 3 (5.5) sports a 13-megapixel camera with LED flash on the rear and an 8-megapixel snapper on the front. The battery is also more powerful at 2910mAh.
