The budget laptop sports a slim and lightweight design, which should ordinarily be expected of a notebook its size. Micromax Canvas Lapbook L1161 measures approximately 1.9 millimetres in thickness and 1.3 kilograms in weight.

The notebook is fitted with a front-facing VGA camera. Rather disappointingly, the Canvas Lapbook will come with just 32 GB of onboard eMMC flash storage, of which only 19 GB will be available to the user.
You will certainly need a microSD card to expand storage further by up to 64 GB or hook up an external hard drive. The Micromax laptop features Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, two USB 2.0 ports and an HDMI port. It packs dual speakers tuned by Realtek audio codec.
Pricing and availability
Micromax Canvas Lapbook L1161 are not yet available in Nigeria, but has launched in India for Rs. 13,999. Micromax Canvas Lapbook L1161 price in Nigeria is expected to start at around N43,500, depending on your location and the configuration of the laptop.
