ZTE Axon Elite is a high-end phablet designed to offer users robust security along with several other impressive features. A variant of the Axon, the device features first-of-its-kind biometric solutions, massive Full-HD display, powerful cameras and heavy-duty octa-core processor.

Design and Display

Employing similar design as the ZTE Axon, the handset features premium metal build with a leather-like rear. The Axon Elite features striking dual front-facing speaker grills.

If you value portability, however, this may not be near the top of your preference list at a thickness of 9.3 millimetres.

The handset crams in a 5.5-inch diagonal display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The multi-touch screen, which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass, should deliver enjoyable viewing with a pixel density of 401 ppi.

Camera and Storage

ZTE Axon Elite boasts a robust dual camera setup (13 megapixels and 2 megapixels) on the rear to allow you take some really cool shots. The camera, which has dual-LED flash and autofocus, can be used to record awesome 4K videos.

You also get an impressive 8-megapixel sensor for selfies. Generous storage capacity of 32 GB is provided, with this being expandable by up to 128 GB using a microSD card.

The 1.9GHz, 64-bit chip is assisted by an ample 3 GB of RAM and Adreno 403 GPU. The phablet runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop with ZTE’s MiFavor 3.2 UI skin atop.

Juice is supplied by a 3000mAh battery with Quick Charge support. The Axon Elite supports blazing-fast 4G LTE technology. Connectivity options also include Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (5GHz).

ZTE Axon Elite is not yet available in Nigeria. When available, you can buy it at leading online stores in the country. ZTE Axon Elite Price in Nigeria is expected to range from N90,000 to N130,000 depending on your location in Nigeria.
