Toyota Yaris is a compact car. Yaris comes in Sedan and liftback configurations. Both configurations come in two models: Yaris standard and Yaris S models.
The powerhouse of Yaris is a 1.5 litre 16-valve Variable Valve Timing-intelligence (VVT-i) four-cylinder engine, which can deliver 106 hp at 6000 rpm. Engine is mated with a five-speed manual transmission system, with an option of a four-speed automatic transmission in all models.
Driver and front passenger airbag is standard in all Yaris trims. Front and rear side-curtain airbags with front seat mounted side airbags are optional in all Yaris models. Other safety features like 3-point seatbelts, pretensioners, child restrains with anchors and side impacts door beams are standard for Yaris.
Toyota offers Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) with Electronic Brake-force Distribution as an optional feature in Yaris. Hence, ABS with EBD is not standard in Yaris.
Yaris comes standard with a CFC free air conditioner. FM/AM radio with four speakers is standard in Yaris. CD player comes as an optional feature in all trims while Yaris sedan adds an LCD display to the optional package.
