Samsung M620 has a 1.9-inch, 64k colours TFT display with 128 x 160 pixels resolution. Samsung M620 has an in-built VGA digital camera with video capability, which means you can take still photos as well as moving pictures (video recording). M620 camera is capable of 2x digital zoom.

Samsung M620 supports GPRS data services for internet on GSM platform. For mobile browsing, Samsung SGH-M620 is equipped with WAP a 2.0/XHTML browser. SMS, email and MMS messaging services are supported on M620.

Users of Samsung M620 can use Bluetooth for wireless connection to other Bluetooth enabled devices. This will enable M620 users to share their videos, pictures and music (multimedia) with friends and colleagues. Bluetooth also means handsfree calls. Samsung M620 provides a wire connection via USB 2.0.

Combining GPRS with Bluetooth makes M620 an internet modem for connecting your laptop/desktop PC to the internet. Samsung M620 does not support EDGE data services.

Samsung M620 has a built-in FM radio with RDS for catching up with local news and entertainment. The built-in media player in M620 supports mp3 eACC+, WMA, AAC+, and AAC audio; and H.263, MPEG4 video. Samsung M620 has a built-in 20MB memory, which is extendible to up to 2.0GB via microSD.
