It is not clear whether the smartphone will be available off-the-shelf from April 25 or just the launch event. However, the two top Nigeria online retailers, Jumia and Konga, have began pre-order of the Samsung Galaxy S4 and have put the shipping date for the device for May 10, 2013.

MTN, Nigeria’s largest mobile operator have also began pre-order of the Galaxy S4, but did not specify a delivery date. All mentioned retailers in this article, offer the Samsung Galaxy S4 at a price of 108,000 Naira ($681). If the phone goes on sale April 25, it will definitely disrupt preorders, which leads me to believe that only the launch will take place on April 25. However, I posted a query on the Samsung Mobile Nigeria Facebook page and will update this article in due time.
