Jelly Bean for the masses

Jelly Bean so far has been restricted to higher cost Samsung Android phones. The Samsung Galaxy Star is bringing it to budget consumers. It runs on a 1GHz processor with 512MB of RAM. The smart phone features a 3.0-inch display and a 2MP camera.

However, the Samsung Galaxy Star has a few snags with the lack of 3G internet being the most prominent. It features the slower GPRS/EDGE, but its support for Wi-Fi means you can enjoy fast internet on Wi-Fi if you can find a hotspot.
