iPad Mini Wi-Fi and iPad Mini Wi-Fi + 4G are similar except for the options available in each for accessing the internet. While the iPad Mini Wi-Fi can only access internet and data services on wireless hotspots, the iPad Mini Wi-Fi + 4G adds support for cellular networks like MTN, Glo Mobile, and Etisalat.

The two iPad Minis are about the sames size, with the iPad Mini Wi-Fi + Cellular slightly heavier. The Wi-Fi only models are between 15,000 to 25,000 Naira cheaper than their equivalent Wi-Fi + Cellular models. However, they neither support mobile networks or SIM cards.

In case you are considering which model to buy, it is recommended that if you do not have a reliable access to a wireless hotspot, you should buy the iPad Mini Wi-Fi + 4G instead.
