Innjoo Max

Maximum Battery

The most outstanding feature of the Innjoo Max is its massive battery. That is probably how it got its name. When I first heard the name, I thought maybe a phablet, but Max for a smartphone with a high performance battery potential makes a lot of sense.

Innjoo Max sports a 4000 mAh battery for a reasonable stamina. Innjoo boasts of up to 2 days of normal use, 22 hours talktime, and 10 hours of video playback. The battery is also of the Li-Po variety, which is safer and more efficient.

Innjoo Max also features fast charging with Rapid Charge technology that fully charges the massive battery in around 3 hours.

A Fresh Design

Innjoo Max is coming with a new look. The full metal frame may be reminiscent of the Innjoo One, but that is where the similarities end. While the One is flat on the top and bottom, the Innjoo Max seems a bit curved on the top, with the bottom-front of the phone easing to the bottom-rear in a slope fashion.

The full-metal frame is built from zinc-titanium alloy with the plastic back shell offering a number of styles like wood-like and grating textures. According Innjoo the back shells are anti-fingerprints and makes for a great grip.

The Display and Camera

Innjoo Max sports a 5-inch display, but for now we are not clear on the resolution as the company is yet to confirm it. It offers a 5 megapixels front facing camera for video calls and selfies and an 8 megapixels rear facing camera with autofocus and LED flash.

The Hardware and Software

Like the Innjoo Fire, the Innjoo Max is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor. However, the RAM have been halved to 1GB. The Android version have not been confirmed, but we expect it to come with Android 4.4 (KitKat).

Innjoo Max will come with smart gestures that enable perform certain tasks just by drawing an O or a W on the screen.

Innjoo Max offers 16GB built-in storage with a microSD slot that supports up to 64GB of additional storage capacity.
