HP Star Wars Special Edition Notebook

The Design

The Star Wars Special Edition Notebook shows off what HP describes as a ‘Galactic Empire-inspired design.’ It is more or less an HP Pavilion 15 covered all over with design elements from Star Wars. The notebook features a black-on-grey colour scheme sprinkled with red.

It comes with the image of Darth Vader on the lid and images of some other characters from the films also feature. ‘Galactic Empire’ is written on the hinge in Aurebesh, the Galactic Base Standard language in the Star Wars.

Display and Keyboard

HP seemingly designed this one to deliver amazing content viewing. The display measures 15.6 inches in diagonal size and boasts a Full HD resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels.

Buyers will also be able to get an HP Star Wars Special Edition Notebook configured with an optional touchscreen. The keyboard is red-backlit, keeping with the Galactic Empire theme. Typing in a dimly-lit setting should be stress-free.
