Design and Display
In terms of body design, the Vivo Y51 comes in style. It has a smooth panel that is wrapped with plastic and also curved edges that ads to its aesthetics. The panel is housing the cameras and an LED flash. The phone measures 159.3 x 75.2 x 8.7 mm and weighs 186.7 grams.
It comes with a waterdrop notch that has a display size of a 6.38-inch Super AMOLED display. The screen has a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, 19.5:9 ratio, and 404 PPI density for nice color reproduction.
Vivo claims the screen reaches an 83.4% screen-to-body ratio and it’s also shielded by display protection.
Cameras
On the camera setup, the Vivo Y51 2020 has a quad cameras setup. The sensors consist of 48MP f/1.8 + 8MP ultrawide + 2MP macro + 2MP portrait configuration on the rear.
The camera has some internal features that will ensure good photos such as palm capture, voice control, slow-motion recording, super macro, super night mode, and AI face beauty. For selfies, it has a 16MP f/2.0 sensor on the notch.

Underneath the phone is a Qualcomm SDM665 Snapdragon 665 based on 11nm process technology. The chip has an octa-core processor running at a fast speed of 2.0 GHz and there is Adreno 610 graphics card.
It has onboard storage of 128GB paired with 4GB RAM for a solid performance. Vivo also added a MicroSD card slot that allows users to add up to 256GB of storage. The phone is powered by Funtouch 10 based on the Android 10 operating system.
Battery and Network
The smartphone has a 4500mAh battery capacity which is almost double what the 2015 Vivo Y51 has. The battery has support for 18W fast charging and it will surely hold power for a long time under normal usage.
It also has support for dual-band Wi-Fi and has Bluetooth 5.0, a USB-C port, and an audio jack. Sadly there is no 5G, but 4G LTE network is available for fast browsing and downloads.

The Vivo Y51 comes with a price tag of PKR 36,999 ($222) in Pakistan and it will ship in Mystic Black, Jazzy Blue, and Dreamy White.
