Oppo has just rebranded the Oppo F17 Pro to Oppo Reno 4 F. This is not coming as a surprise as we have seen something similar this year. For example, the Oppo A93 which is also a rebranded version of F17 Pro was announced in Vietnam and Reno 4 Lite in Ukraine and now we have the Reno 4 F in moniker in Indonesia.

Design and Display
In terms of design and specs, the handset is identical to the Oppo F17 Pro. It has a nice body design that is built with plastic. The plastic panel, on the other hand, is available in Matte Gold color and there is also a Metallic White option.
It has a Diwali Exclusive Back Cover and Yellow color accents. The engravings of Diwali signs look like crackers, lights, arts on the Black background. The Reno 4 F measures 160.1 x 73.8 x 7.5 mm and 164 grams.
On the display, the Oppo Reno 4 F has a 6.43-inch AMOLED screen that produces a Full resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, 409ppi pixel density, and 60Hz refresh rate.
The company said that the Reno4 F with its dual punch-hole screen offers a screen-to-body ratio of 90.67 percent. Meanwhile, the AMOLED screen is integrated with a fingerprint scanner and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.
Cameras
The device has a combo front-facing camera. The cameras include a 16-megapixel primary camera with f/2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
On the rear panel is a square-shaped camera lens that has a 48-megapixel Samsung GM1ST main shooter with f/1.7 aperture, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, and also a pair of 2-megapixel mono sensors with f/2.4 apertures.
Hardware and Software
The Oppo Reno 4 F is driven by Helio P95 chipset by MediaTek built on 12nm bit technology coupled with an octa-core processor clocking at a speed of 2.2 GHz.
It maintains the same PowerVR GM9446 graphics card, powered by Android 10 OS that is overlaid with ColorOS 7.2 user interface. It packs 8 GB of LPPDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. The memory is expandable using a micro SDcard.
