Design and Display
Enthusiasts who were hoping to get a different chassis design should probably look elsewhere. Realme basically lifted the standard Realme 7 design and pasted it’s 5G sibling.
Both the chassis design and build were retained. On the rear, we have got a square camera module bearing four cameras and an LED flash. You will also find a Realme branding which indicates it’s a Realme smartphone.
Upfront we have to got the same 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 X 2400 as seen on the standard Realme 7. However, Realme bumped the refresh rate from 90Hz to being 120Hz on the Realme 7 5G.
Enthusiasts who desire this Android phone will have just one colour option, as it comes only in Baltic Blue in lieu of the dual colour Variants on its non-5G sibling.
The Cameras
Comparing the cameras on the Realme 7 5G to that of the standard Realme 7 reveals a drop in the primary camera from being 64MP on the standard non-5G variant, to being 48MP on the rear 5G variant.
The other cameras on the rear of the Realme 7 5G include an 8MP ultrawide camera with an aperture of f/2.3, a 2MP macro camera with an aperture of f/2.4, and a 2Mp depth camera with an aperture of f/2.4.
Moving upfront, we have a 16MP front shooter housed in the punch hole camera. This camera has an aperture of f/2.1.
Hardware and Software
On the performance hardware, Realme ditched the Mediatek G95 processor on the standard Realme 7, to employ the MediaTek Dimensity, which facilitates 5G support.
The other performance facilitators are pretty the same as seen on its non-5G sibling, however, there is no 64GB storage variant here, all we have is the 128GB variant, and also the GPU went from being Mali-G76 MC4 on the Non-5G variant to being Mali-G57 MC3 here.

On the software side, the Realme 7 5G runs the Realme UI 1.0 on top of the Android 10 operating system.
