Design

HP ZBook Create G7 is a lightweight machined with sleek design made of aluminum-alloy chassis. It is also designed for ultimate durability, thus, it undergoes brutal MIL-STD 810G tests to help ensure it can withstand your everyday workload.

Measuring 13.93 x 9.24 x 0.70 inches and weighing 1.911 kg, the ZBook Create G7 is refers to as the  HP smallest and thinnest 15″ laptop.

The lid is embedded with a reflective “Z” logo, instead of the HP logo seen on most HP laptop brand. When opened, the lid host the 15.6-inch screen with thin bezel at the sides and top which host a 720p HD webcam, while the thick bottom bezel only host the HP logo embedded in the middle.

Furthermore, the base host a spill resistance backlit keyboard with a drain hole, so minor spills flow out the bottom for easy cleanup. The backlit keyboard has a travel distance of about 1.5 mm. There is also a Microsoft’s Precision touchpad for easy navigation. And an audio speaker above the full sized keyboard for immersive audio experience.

On the laptop’s left side, you’ll find a USB 3.1 Type-A port, an audio jack, and a security lock slot. While on the right are two Thunderbolt 3/USB-C ports, a mini DisplayPort, and an SD card slot join the connector for the AC adapter.

HP ZBook Create G7 has a 15.6″ OLED display with impressive 3,840 x 2,160 4K UHD resolution. It comes with 10-bit colour and 100 percent of the DCI-P3 gamut with support for DisplayHDR 400 DreamColor display.

This laptop also support up to 600 nits of brightness to gives you complete confidence in your color with long-lasting battery life. The display also has a 16:9 aspect ratio, a refresh rate of 60 Hz, and wide viewing angles.

Performance

The HP ZBook Create G7 is powered by the 10th Gen Intel Core processors with up to i9-10885H chipset.

The i9-10885H is the premium model with the eight-core which clocks at between 2.4 and 5.3 GHz and can execute up to sixteen threads simultaneously thanks to Hyper-Threading.

There is also a model equipped with the Intel Core i7-10850H Processor. This 6 core processor clocks at between 2.7 base frequency and 5.1 GHz turbo boost. Likewise, there is the Intel Core i7-10750H Processor with similar 6 core and can also execute up to twelve threads with the 2.6 GHz base frequency, and up to 5.0 GHz Intel turbo boost.

In addition, the Intel Core i5-10400H model offers the same 4 core and 8 thread like the Core i5-10300H model, but the former clocks between 2.6 GHz and to 4.6 GHz while the latter offers base frequency from 2.5 GHz, up to 4.5 GHz Intel Turbo Boost.

Furthermore, all these models is coupled with Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 (Max-Q) with 16GB of video memory.
