The LG VU 3 is the third iteration of LG’s weird looking VU smartphone series with an aspect ratio of 4:3. Like previous iterations of the series, the LG VU 3 is packed with lots of productivity and collaboration tools. The design is solid taking cues from from the LG G2.

To round out the specs, LG VU 3 is equipped with superfast 4G LTE connectivity and superfast processor, a quad-core 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800, which is the same chipset available in LG’s 2013 flagship LG G2. LG VU 3 stuns its users with a 13 megapixels rear camera that lets you capture HD pictures all day. The smart phone also has a 2.1 megapixels front shooter.
LG VU 3 comes with a larger 5.2 inch IPS display with an unusual 1280 x 960 pixels resolution offering HD quality viewing. Its major distinguishing design is its 4:3 aspect ratio, which makes it shorter, but wider than smartphones with similar screen size. This makes it suitable for writing and drawing with the provided stylus pen.
LG VU 3 runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) with a generous 2GB of RAM. The smart phone has a 16 GB internal storage, but offers no memory slot for expansion. LG VU 3 also offers LG’s exclusive security feature KnockOn as well as other unique features Quickview and Guest Mode.
Pricing and availability
LG VU 3 was launched in South Korea last year and has not really made it to other markets, so Nigeria availability is doubtful. We currently have no data on pricing and availability for Nigeria.
