NECO Registration for June/July SSCE exams for internal students usually starts in December. This is usually done through the respective secondary schools. NECO Registration for Nov/Dec GCE Nov/Dec exams for external candidates usually starts in July/August and is none online. NECO 2013 Registration is expected to follow the same pattern.
NECO Result for each Senior School Certificate Examination and the GCE exams are usually released a couple of months after the exam. NECO Timetable for its different exams can be found online.

NECO often reveals the prices of its registration scratch card when registration starts. Visit NECO office near you to find out the price as well as purchase it. Do not forget to share your experience at our comment or on our Facebook page, so that we will declassify the information.

Once you purchase your NECO 2013 Registration scratch card, when it becomes available proceed to the website to commence your online registration.
The NECO 2013 Registration scratch cards for Nov/Dec GCE may also be available at approved banks, NIPOST offices or accredited sales agents nationwide, but your best bet for now is to visit the nearest NECO office to you for your purchase. Scroll down for a list of banks that sold the scratch cards last year, they may still be used this year. We will update you guys when we get more info.
NECO GCE Registration Guidelines
For now there are limited instructions on the NECO 2013 GCE registration. The only clear instruction is that you need to download a biometrics runtime environment, which will require a Java runtime environment like was the case in JAMB UTME registration.
This simple fact suggests that biometric fingerprint scanner will be required for the NECO 2013 GCE registration. If you do not have a biometric scanner, computer, internet access, or limited computer skills and will be using a cyber cafe, NECO has released a list of accredited cyber cafes (state by state). It is a good idea to use these accredited cyber cafes for your NECO 2013 GCE registration. Note that this list might change when registration begins.
Candidates are advised to read the instructions on the NECO GCE 2013 scratch card carefully, before commencing registration to avoid unnecessary mistakes. Also remember to keep your NECO scratch card safe. You can store your NECO scratch card PIN and serial numbers on your email, computer, or as a note/text on your mobile phone in case the scratch card gets lost.
To commence your GCE NECO 2013 registration, visit www.mynecoexams.com/novdec/. Enter the PIN and serial number of your NECO 2013 registration scratch card in the appropriate field area in the Examination Registration section and click Start Registration to commence your registration.
