You can buy Skype credit with your bank issued Visa and MasterCard debit/ATM cards. With your Skype credit, you can either call on pay as you go or buy a subscription that will enable you call a specific destination country at a cheaper rate.
Calls to mobile and landlines in China and the United Kingdom on pay as you go also costs 2.3 cents per minute (~ 3.68 Naira/min). Buying a Skype subscription for China can drop your call rates to the country to as low as as low as 1.2 cents per minute (~ 1.92 Naira/min).
