Alcatel Idol 4 Pro is a Windows 10 OS-running smartphone seemingly designed to appeal to professional users. It is a step-up on the Idol 4 and, to a significant extent, on the Idol 4S, coming with latest, flagship-class Qualcomm processor, greater memory, more robust cameras and a fingerprint scanner.
Design and Display
This soon-to-be-released smartphone is one that any class of users will find quite appealing. It shows off a sleek design featuring a premium metal frame.
The Alcatel Idol 4 Pro crams in a massive 5.5-inch AMOLED display which is similar to the one seen on the Idol 4S. However, you will not be getting the stunning Quad HD (1,440p) resolution, but a Full HD (1,080p) resolution on this one.
Camera and Storage
This behemoth offers a more robust pair of cameras. Alcatel Idol 4 Pro is fitted with a 21-megapixel camera on the rear, compared to the 13 megapixels of the Idol 4 and 16 megapixels of the Idol 4S.
Buyers will also be treated to a high-resolution 8-megapixel selfie shooter with flash.
The Alcatel Idol 4 Pro offers 64 GB of onboard storage – the highest among the new Idol smartphones that have come to public knowledge so far in 2016. The storage memory should be expandable, as was the case with the Idol 4 and Idol 4S.

The Alcatel Idol 4 Pro is decked out to deliver arguably the best performance in its range with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor under the hood.
This is the same CPU you will find on majority of new flagship devices, including the HTC 10. It comes with 4 GB of RAM for robust multitasking and high responsiveness.
The Alcatel Idol 4 Pro phablet runs on the latest Windows 10 operating system. It offers support for Microsoft Continuum feature, just like the new HP Elite x3, letting you use it in laptop/PC mode.
It is accompanied by the same 3,000mAh battery seen on the Alcatel Idol 4S – longer battery life may be expected on this one, though, considering it comes with a lower Full HD resolution.
The Alcatel Idol 4 Pro features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner for added security.

Alcatel Idol 4 Pro is not yet available in Nigeria. When available, you can buy it at leading online stores in the country. Alcatel Idol 4 Pro Price in Nigeria is expected to range from N100,000 to N150,000 depending on your location in Nigeria.
