Dry Vacuuming
iLife V7s is great for vacuuming your tiles and carpets. It features a 400Pa suction power, which is less than the 550Pa suction power of the iLife V5 Pro and the 1000Pa suction power of the iLife A4.
However, the lower suction power helps the iLife V7s run quieter at 50dB, which is about the same noise level as an air conditioner, and does not affect the robotic vacuum’s ability to clean.
iLife V7s features one side brush and a very effective rolling double V-shaped brush. The v-shaped brush scrubs the floor removing dirt while the rotating side brush collects them pushes them towards the vacuum opening where they are sucked into the 0.5 litre dirt box.
Wet and Dry Mopping
Like the iLife V5s, the iLife V7s features a removable micro-fibre mopping pad. However, the mop on the iLife V7 Pro covers a bigger surface area, which could make it more effective at mopping.
To use the robotic vacuum cleaner as a mop, you will have to remove the dirt box and replace it with the water tank. You then need to attach the micro-fibre mop. You can use any cleaning agent of your choice to make cleaning more effective. The iLife V7s features a 0.45 litre water tank.
You can apply the cleaning agent to the mop or you can add the cleaning agent to the water in the tank. The iLife V7s can handle both dry mopping and wet mopping.
Intelligent Cleaner
The iLife V7s is a smart vacuum cleaner. It comes with a collision avoidance system that prevents it from hitting things as it cleans. The robotic vacuum cleaner also has a drop avoidance system that helps it detect when it is about to fall from a height like when cleaning a table top.
iLife V7s offers various cleaning modes like the automatic cleaning where you set it to start cleaning at a particular time of the day. You also get spot cleaning when you want the robotic cleaner to concentrate on a given area. You can also clean along the edges of the room.
iLife V7s can clean for up to 120 minutes and at the end of cleaning can automatically go to its charging base to dock for charging.
