Multichoice’s thrilling new reality TV game show, the Big Brother Titans, premiered on the 15th of January, 2023 at 7 pm with 20 housemates from Nigeria and South Africa. Big Brother Titans launched on January 15, 2023 with 20 housemates, but in true Big Brother fashion there was a twist on January 19 during the Thursday night pool party with four additional housemates joining the house to bring the total number of housemates to 24.

Eighteen housemates were evicted with just six housemates qualifying for the finale and the grand prize of $100,000. Sandra and Theo Traw were the first pair to be evicted from the house at the end of week 2, Jaypee and Lukay were evicted at the end of week 3 with Jenni O and Mmeli evicted at the end of week 4. By the end of week 5, two additional housemates, Marvin and Yaya, were evicted.
Week 6 was a fake eviction week, so no housemate was evicted. Four housemates were evicted at the end of week 7: the pair of Juicy Jay and Olivia (Juiovla) and Justine and Yvonne (Juvone).
Week 8 was another eviction free week and the housemates were separated from their pairs to compete individually by the end of the week. By the end of week 9, three housemates were evicted. namely Blue Aiva, Nana, and Miracle OP.
Justin, Blaqboi, and Thabang were evicted at the end of week 10, making them the 16th, 17th, and 18th housemates to be Evicted from the Big Brother House. This means that the following housemates were in the competition for the $100,000 grand prize:
