Samsung is reportedly getting ready to unleash its latest flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge, later this month, with the hope these would help it arrest the recent decline in sales.

Samsung Galaxy S7
Not a lot is expected to change in the Galaxy S7 in terms of design, compared to its predecessor. This means you may have a svelte body featuring metal and glass here. It is said that Samsung is toying with the idea of using magnesium alloy for more robust construction, lightness and better heat dissipation.
The phone will be water-resistant so you will not need to fret over accidental drops in water.
Samsung Galaxy S7 is expected to be fitted with a stunning 5.1-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen with a Quad HD resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 pixels. It promises jaw-dropping viewing with a very high pixel density of about 576 ppi.

The stunning touchscreen should also feature 3D Touch technology and robust protection. The handset is expected to add slightly more curve to its edges and have a Home button shaped differently. It will offer water-resistant design and share other design elements of the Galaxy S7.
No difference is expected between the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and the regular variant in terms of what buyers get in the camera department. It is also expected to come with similar hardware and software configurations.
However, a key selling point of the Galaxy S7 Edge will be its more powerful 3,600mAh battery which looks ready to support long hours of use. This juicer might not be the biggest we have seen recently, but it means more when offered by a company of Samsung’s status – the tweaks made by manufacturers go a long way in determining battery runtime, more than cell capacity does.
