NECO Result 2012/2013 GCE/SSCE Exams Results at www.mynecoexams.com

NECO has announced the released result of its 2012 Nov/Dec Senior School Certificate Examination for private students (a.k.a GCE). According to the NECO registrar there was a remarkable improvement in this year's result compared to last year, though he did not provide sufficient data to justify the claim.
NECO 2013 Registration
According to the NECO registrar over 33.89% of the 75,623 that sat for the exam got at least credit in English, while 54.79% got credit in Maths. However, NECO failed to provide key data for judging performance.
Just offering performance for specific subjects is not enough, the data is the actual number that got credit in five subjects including English and Maths. Here is the data NECO has released so far. We will update when we get more.
- No that sat for NECO GCE: 75,623
- NECO English Lang Result: 33.89% got C+
- NECO Mathematics Result: 54.79% got C+
- NECO Physics Result: 0.26% (Very Poor)
- NECO Result Chemistry: 30.17%

- NECO Result - English Lang: 1,087,627 sat, 554,884 (49.33%) got C+
- NECO Mathematics Result: 1,124,879 sat, 567,011 (50.41%) got C+
- Cases of Exam Malpractice: 78,099
Here is a breakdown of the NECO Result for 2011 Nov/Dec examination:
- No. of candidates that registered for NECO: 110,724
- No. of candidates that sat for NECO: 104,187
- NECO English Lang Result: 104,187 sat, 75,355 (68.06%) failed, 17% got C+
- NECO Result Maths: 101,792 sat, 45,547 got C+
- NECO Result Physics: 43,504 (90.09%) failed, 24 got C+ (embarrassing)
- NECO Chemistry Result: 44,950 sat, 2,577 (5.32%) got C+
- NECO Biology Result: 97,595 sat, 14,000 got C+
- NECO Further Maths Result: 3,271 sat, 48 (1.05%) got C+
What is NECO SSCE and GCE?
NECO SSCE is an examination taken by students at the end of their secondary school education. The NECO SSCE certificate is a requirement for gaining admission into tertiary institutions in Nigeria. NECO SSCE can also be used for securing jobs. An alternative to NECO SSCE is the WAEC SSCE.
Candidates seating for NECO SSCE/GCE are allowed to select up to nine subjects. Candidates are expected to pass five subjects at credit level to gain admission into a University in Nigeria. Most courses will require that the five credit subject must include English Language and Mathematics.
NECO organises other examinations like the NECO Junior School Certificate Examination, the NECO National Common Entrance, and the NECO Gifted Examination into Federal Academy Suleja.

It could be due to congestion. Just like you a lot of people are all trying to check their NECO result. That could be the reason for the slow network. Try checking at night or on Sundays.

If you are getting no record found or something similar, it means your NECO result may not have been uploaded. An alternative is to go to your school, but I doubt the result will be in your school by now. Of course is you are a highly connected person, you may be able to pull a few strings at NECO to get your result released ASAP.

it is really bad for neco to announce that the neco result is out but here student are complaining that they cannot see their result. neco you should please resolve this matter so that student who sat for the exam can know their stand. Failing student result is not the best, you are making them to get tired of education. this can increase corruption in Nigeria.neco pls listen to their cry and upgrade the educational mark. when you neco do this, student will be happy and this can also decrease corruption in Nigeria.

What is delaying the release of the NECO/SSCE 2010 result of Juval Comprehensive Secondary School Aba? The candidates that sat for the exam at that centre are still suffering from high blood pressure and they need to see their results soonest!

I use my recently purchased Mobile Internet Modem to check for my Nov/Dec 2010 NECO GCE examination result, but I continue to get 'No record found'. Do I need to buy NECO scratch card apart from the one I bought and used to register for the form that qualified me to sit for the examination, before I will be able to check my result? It’s quite unfortunate that students that prepared and sat for this exam must suffer for the sins committed in some so called "special centers" where answers to questions were dictated to students in special classes in collaboration with invigilators. This is unfair as students with good intentions are suffering on yearly basis. What exactly can we do perfectly in this country with useless adults and students sabotaging the efforts of few good ones? This is disheartening. it calls for serious deliberation as the future of some students are put in line with this abomination in high places. It’s frustrating.

Do neco really mark this examinations?I dont think so but i would like to give neco a piece of my mind.NeCo,do u see the rate at which u loss candidate every year?It would get to a time when neco and it gce would not be recognise again in Nigeria anymore.Imaging,where i sat for last year Neco,there centres were joined together and we were not even up to 50.NECO,BE WARNED...
Must everything about Nigeria be different? When WAEC GCE results were released, it was announced and everybody knew it but in d case of NECO, there is dilema as some people say the results have been released and some say it hasn't. Neco pls release the GCE 2011/2012 results. I nid it to back up my admission process. I'm tired of sitting at home please and don't let the expected mass failure happen this time around pls. Surprise everybody by giving us good results. Put your children in our shoes. PLEASE............... Thanks and God Bless
