Walka is a portable TV for watching DSTV Mobile. It comes with a DVB-H receiver built-in and all the necessary software for watching and managing your DSTV Mobile subscription. It is DSTV Mobile ready out of the box, no additional accessory and no software to download. The Walka is available in 7-inch and 3.5-inch handheld TV models.
3.5-inch or 7-inch TV
The 3.5-inch Walka is cheaper at just 10,000 Naira and is more portable. However, if you can dole out an extra 8,000 Naira, the 7-inch model will offer a better TV viewing experience. For starters, it has a larger display (7-inches as against 3.5-inch), which is always great for TV viewing. Walka 7-inch model also offer six hours battery life, which is twice as much as the 3 hours offered by the 3.5-inch model.

What about Coverage?
DSTV Mobile is not available everywhere. You need to be in a coverage area to watch TV on your Walka device. DSTV Mobile is only available in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kaduna, Enugu, Onitsha, Asaba, Aba, Ibadan, and Benin. Watch up to 16 exciting TV channels covering a wide range of interests like news (eg. CNN), documentary (eg. NatGeo Wild), sports (eg. SuperSport3), music (eg. Sound City), movies (eg. MNET Series, Africa Magic), kids (eg, Disney Junior), and more. Buying a Walka may come with 3 months free subscription.
Active DSTV subscribers get DSTV Mobile free on their Walka device. This offer (Free DSTV Mobile) is not available for subscribers of the DSTV Access Bouquet.
