It is likely that a slim MacBook may come to your mind when you set eyes on LG Gram 13 – they look that much alike. The ultrabook shows off a pleasantly svelte profile and weighs only 980 grams, which is the reason why it is so named.
It is lighter than the 11-inch and 13-inch models of Apple MacBook Air. The chassis is fashioned with carbon magnesium and lithium magnesium alloys. The choice of materials makes the ultrabook less strong, compared to a MacBook Air.
It sports a 13-inch display with a Full HD (1080p) display for nice colour reproduction. But given the price of LG Gram 13, the screen resolution is a tad on the low end.
Performance and OS
Under the hood, LG Gram 13 carries a fifth-generation Intel Core i5 processor to deliver respectable performance. The CPU receives support from ample DDR3 RAM of up to 8 GB for high responsiveness and seamless multitasking.
