Design
One of the selling point of the 2021 ASUS ROG Strix Scar gaming laptop is the design. Similar to the Strix Scar 15 G533, this laptop is sleek, solid and modest, measuring 39.5 x 28.2 x 2.34 ~ 2.83 cm dimension and weigh 2.70 Kg.
The sleek, fingerprint-resistant metal lid has an impressive dot matrix styling on the left edge with a reflective silver ROG logo which can light up via customizable RGB settings.
When opened, the frame surrounding the screen and the whole laptop base is made of plastic material. The 17.3″ screen spreed across the whole lid with thin bezel holding the screen to the lid.
