Glo Bolt is the name of Glo’s rebranded Internet Service. Glo Bolt brings more value to Glo subscribers. Glo increased the bandwidth allowance of its entire monthly internet browsing plans by 30%. With the launch of Glo Bolt, Glo Mobile has also added more innovative features to its self-service internet portal like the ability to share Glo Data plans on multiple devices.
Share and Gift Internet Plans
Glo Bolt allows Glo subscribers to share their internet plans on their other devices as well as with family or staff. So, assuming you have a modem, a tablet, and a smartphone all on Glo, you do not need to buy a separate plan for each device. With Glo Bolt, you can subscribe to one plan and share the bandwidth on all your devices.
However, not all Glo Internet Browsing plans are sharable. From our research, you can share your internet plan if you subscribe to at least the Glo Always Micro (3.9GB), which costs 1,000 NGN. With Glo Bolt, customers can now gift Glo Internet browsing plans to friends.
Just visit the Glo Self-Care portal to buy and send Glo Internet Browsing plans to friends. Gifting and Sharing of internet plans are the newest features in the Glo Self-Care portal. Like before, you can still buy internet browsing plans as well as view your transaction history at the portal.
30% More Data allowance
With the launch of Glo Bolt, Glo subscribers will now get 30% more data on all Glo monthly internet browsing plans. For example, the Glo Always Micro, which used to offer 200MB now offers 260MB, while the Glo Always Macro, which used to offer 1GB now offers 1.5GB.

Free Internet for 6 Months
When you buy the new Glo Bolt modem, you will get free 500MB data valid for six months. In addition, if you subscribe to an internet browsing plan of N1,000 or more, Glo will also offer you free 200MB each month for 6 months. The Glo Bolt modem costs N4,000.
