Design and Display
Although the Honor 30 Pro shares some of it’s features with the later, however, the phone comes in a nice body. The whole body is wrapped with glass. The frosted glass back spots the triple camera array, while the Honor logo takes up nearly half of the panel.
It measures 160.3 x 73.6 x 8.4 mm in dimensions and weight 186 gram which is slightly bigger than the Honor 30. Moving to the front, you will be greeted with a curved 6.57-inch OLED display similar to that of the Samsung Galaxy S series.
The new phone has FHD+ resolution and a punch-hole cutout for the dual front-facing cameras. There is also display protection and it reaches 89.8% screen-to-body ratio. It boasts a built-in fingerprint scanner and a tall 20:9 aspect ratio.
Camera
As for the camera set-up, it comes with triple cameras which are headlined by a 40MP Sony IMX600 main shooter with a large 1/1.7-inch sensor and RYYB color filter.
Additional is an 8MP periscope module with OIS capable of 5x optical up to 50x hybrid zoom alongside a 16MP ultrawide module which serves for macro photography.
On the front, the phone has a dual shooter comprises of 32MP while the secondary one is an 8MP ultrawide unit. Both the front and the main camera are capable of shooting 4K video quality, while the back camera is paired with an LED flash.
Hardware and Software
On the inside, we find flagship Kirin 990 5G chipset with an octa-core processor clocking at a speed of 2.86 GHz. The phone has Mali-G76 MP16 for graphics and it runs on the Android 10 operating system with Magic UI 3.1 on top.
The inbuilt storage is 128GB, while the bigger model comes with 256GB and they are both paired with 8GB RAM. You can also expand the phone using Nano Memory up to 256GB.

The Honor 30 Pro still maintains the same non-removable battery capacity of 4000 mAh on the standard model. The battery also has Fast charging 40W and Reverse charging 5W.
It comes with a 5G network with other options such as Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.1, A2DP, LE, GPS, NFC, Infrared port and 3.0, Type-C 1.0 reversible connector.

The Honor 30 Pro will sell at a price of $566 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM, while the bigger model goes for $623 which has 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM.
In Nigeria, the Honor 30 Pro will cost around 220,000 Naira, while in Ghana, it will sell for 3,300 Ghs and 60,000 Ksh in Kenya.
