This or That?—The Redmi Note 10 and Infinix Zero X

Best Jumia Tech Week Deals

The Redmi Note 10 and Infinix Zero X happen to fall within the mid-range category of phones. Now, this probably begs the question in your mind of which is better in terms of functionality, value and whatnot. Though Xiaomi has earned its own fair share of street credit in the smartphone market, it seems that Infinix is still a step ahead.

Network, Connectivity, Speed

In terms of speed, the Infinix Zero X has a dual 4G speed that enables faster browsing, online gaming, and the use of social media apps like Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram. The Redmi Note 10 also has the same dual 4G speed capacity for faster browsing.

Display

For an immersive viewing experience for users, both the Infinix Zero X and Redmi Note 10 boast of a screen size not many in their product range can flaunt. With an AMOLED 6.67 inches screen size, everything from gaming to movies gets bigger and more exciting.

Performance

When it comes to performance, the Infinix Zero X is built with speed blazing high performance for faster gaming, browsing and multi-tasking. Users will experience no lag and even enjoy less download time.

The Redmi Note 10, on the other hand, has a rather slow performance compared to the Infinix Zero X. Though both phones run on an Android 11, the Redmi Note 10 is powered by a Chipset Qualcomm SM7150 Snapdragon.

In contrast, the Infinix Zero X is powered by a Mediatek Helio G95. This means that the Infinix Zero X scored more points for faster performance.

Memory

The Redmi Note 10 has a 128GB ROM, while the Infinix Zero X beats it with a ROM size of 256GB. This ultimately means that the Infinix Zero X offers more memory to users on their devices to store more files +Free Google cloud at an affordable cost. Both phones come with a dedicated memory card slot.

Camera

Redmi Note 10’s main camera is a Quad 108MP, and it features a Single-LED Flash. Unfortunately, night shots won’t compare with the Infinix Zero X, which has a Triple 108MP main camera and a Quad-LED Flash, one of which is a periscope telephoto lens that lets you shoot space. The Infinix Zero X generally allows for a better night quality shoot.

The Infinix Zero X selfie camera is 16MP wide with Dual LED Flash, while the Redmi Note 10 is 16MP wide with LED Flash. Both phones have a video capacity of 1080 pixels at 30 frames per second, but the Infinix Zero X would produce better videos and clearer selfies at night.

However, the latter has faster-charging watts of 45W versus the 33W of the Redmi Note 10. There’s more music, gaming and streaming because of less charging time and definitely no need to carry a power bank around.

USB

Both devices come with a Type-C 2.0 USB On-The-Go, allowing easier and faster transfer of files with PCs.
