A Lite but heavier Tablet

Despite the ‘Lite’ qualification on the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 it is slightly heavier than the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 by about 4g. 4g may not be noticeable, but it is still heavy. The Lite qualification actually highlights the new tablet as a low speced device.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite does not have front facing camera, but spots a 2 megapixels camera on the back. It also features a smaller battery.

The Galaxy Tab 3 Lite has a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels. It comes in two main variants, one that supports only Wi-Fi and another that adds 3G data. 3G models support voice calls and SMS.
