Umidigi Power 7 Max

Design and Display

Umidigi Power 7 Max is reminiscent of the Umidigi F3 or more so the Umidigi F3s. The more I look at the phone and its features the more it seems like, Umidigi simply took the F3s and slapped a massive 10000 mAh battery into it.

It has the same curved Matte finish as the F3s and offer the same color options: Hawaii Blue, Matte Sliver, Starry Black, Sunglow Gold, and Galaxy Blue.

The bump on the top left on the back holds the same 48MP triple rear cameras and the dual LED flash. The front 16MP camera also sits on a dewdrop notch.

You also get the same button placements with the power button (also doubling as the fingerprint sensor) and the volume control buttons is located on the right side and the customizable buttons that can be programmed for quick access to apps and phone features located on the left side.

Umidigi Power 7 Max sports a 6.7-inch display with 720 x 1650 pixels resolution. The display is decent enough for watching movies and browsing the web. Add that to the 10,000 mAh battery and you will never experience a dull moment on this phone.

Camera

For photography, the Umidigi Power 7 Max features a 48 megapixels AI enhanced triple camera on the back and a 16 megapixels camera on the front. Both cameras are exactly the same as the F3 and F3s.

For the rear camera, the main Sony 48 megapixels sensor featuring wide angle 6-element lens with f/1.8 aperture and 78° FoV is supported by an 8 megapixels ultrawide angle lens with f/2.2 aperture and 120° FoV and a 5 megapixels macro lens with f/2.4 aperture and 80° FoV.

Hardware, Software and Other Features

Umidigi Power 7 Max is powered by a Unisoc T610 (12nm) Octa-core chipset. This is the same chipset in the Umidigi F3s and F3 SE as well as the Umidigi A13, the Umidigi A13s, and the A13 Pro. The chipset offers a dual-cluster architecture with a dual-core Cortex-A75 clocked at 1.8GHz and a hexa-core Cortex-A55 clocked at 1.8GHz.
